We guarantee accurate descriptions and high-quality products. All products will be inspected and tested under the camera before packing them for shipping.
WARRANTY
We warrant the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase of the product. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases or otherwise obtains the product from the original purchaser.
Request for warranty service must be submitted via email to ohtokc.bikers@gmail.com and must include: buyer’s name, address, phone number, model, proof of purchase and a description of the defect as fully as possible for the purpose of enabling the cause of defect to be found easily. Please attach pictures of the defective parts if possible.
Our warranty obligation is limited to repair or replace, at our discretion, any part proves to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. We will determine the most appropriate solution for you upon review of the submitted details and pictures.
No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, negligence, accident, modification, improper application or has been soldered or altered in any way.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we do not accept returns or merchandise exchanges. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at ohtokc.bikers@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. We shall make our best efforts to solve the problems.
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
