INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via FedEx / DHL express shipping. All orders will be shipped from Malaysia.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Personalised (custom) orders take 2-4 weeks to build and deliver because they are made-to-order.

DELIVERY TIME

From our experience, the average delivery time, to most countries, is 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery time may be affected by the jurisdiction of individual customs clearances and regulations. In this instance, delivery time may be longer than our original delivery estimate.

P.O. BOX & MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING

We do not ship to P.O. box and military address.

DUTIES AND TAXES

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. To learn more about your country’s customs fees and other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country’s customs agency.

NON-DELIVERY

If you refuse the shipment because of the customs fees and/or other import duties/taxes, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we will refund you the purchase price (which excludes original shipping and any return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. A 10% restocking fee will apply for return items.

IMPORT REGULATIONS

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
